Escher Cats! – Catwoman #40!

I’m going to be honest. I got so bored with this story and this issue I gave up halfway through (and then came back, because I do need to be able to write this properly).

And then kind of consumes it, because he didn't have enough comics already.

It is the last issue of the arc at least. And I guess this cover at least does reflect the contents, given that Batman takes over the narrative again.

There also wasn't a square to mark off for "boring."

There wasn’t quite a box for abdomen seems to fade away into nothing so this is close enough. I am also not sured how Batman’s cape is wrapped around like that given his own body posture. Maybe he has a hidden third arm?

I just … this issue was not good, and it was a bad, out of synch end to a bad, out of synch story. The handling of Catwoman’s family/history I mentioned in last issue is still odd and she is also oddly obsessed with straight-up shipping herself with Batman and with how not-romantically-paired-up she is and how that ruins everything else. Which … isn’t really like this Catwoman at all.

As always, Catwoman and all her comics and her characterization(s) belong to DC Comics, and Escher Girls is the creation of the awesome Ami Angelwings. And the Escher Girls bingo card belongs to the Escher Girls fan who created it.
