Escher Cats! – Catwoman #17!

This time it’s an art heist and the start of Catwoman gets married! Almost. But that’s for the next issue. For now, it’s Catwoman not working well for others, trying to steal a priceless painting that isn’t actually a priceless painting, and being pursued by a bounty hunter and ratted out by one of the other shady government non-org men.

Taste of the lone star state indeed.

Also, this happens. That last panel is priceless. And I think Catwoman would find it gratifying, especially given what happens at the end of this issue and during the next one.

Now for the actual cover and my ranking of said cover.

I can't really think of an alt-text for this one.

I think her expression is best described as “Dogs again???” Seriously. Second issue in a row with guard dogs.

Plus her breasts seem to be crawling up her chest a little bit too.

There actually isn’t really anything wrong with this cover, especially since it’s so heavily shadowed, but her neck at least seems too sharply turned to the left. It’s for dynamic pose and expression reasons but it’s pushed just a little too far.

And that’s all but one of the Catfiles done. so, as always, the Catwoman comics belong to DC, not me, and Escher Girls is the creation of the awesome Ami Angelwings. And the Escher Girls bingo card belongs to the Escher Girls fan who created it.
